Information about Cookies

 

The Board of Directors of multibranch company “DREMEX” Sp. z o.o. based in Głogów Małopolski, ul. Pod Borem 15, aware of the importance of IT resources and the need to protect personal data and privacy rights of the Users of the www.dremex.com.pl website implements and applies this privacy policy.

Legal Basis:

  • Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
  • Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services;
  • Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law.

Terms used:

  • Cookies – is a small piece of information stored by a server on a user’s computer, which can be read by the server when the user reconnects to the computer;
  • SSL protocol – a special standard for data transmission on the Internet, in which the transmission is encoded, as opposed to ordinary transmission, where the transmission takes place in open text;
  • Personal Data – all information about an individual identified or identifiable by one or more factors specific to the individual’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, including device IP, location data, Internet identifier, and information collected through cookies and other similar technology;
  • Service – the Internet service operated by the Administrator at www.dremex.com.pl
  • User – any natural person visiting the website or using the services or functionalities made available there.

Purpose and legal basis of processing:

  • The Personal Data Administrator cares for the protection of personal data and uses appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent third parties from interfering with the service Users’ privacy.
  • In connection with visiting or using the service by the User, the Personal Data Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide individual services or functionalities offered therein, contact forms, as well as information about the User’s activity on the website.
  • The use of the service takes place on the basis of Article 6 GDPR, in particular in order to:
    • visiting, using the website, providing services and functionalities available there electronically, sharing content collected on the website, providing contact forms, servicing potential purchases, complaints, using other applications and services available on the website (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO – in order to perform the agreement);
    • conducting analyses of activity and preferences of the Users, keeping statistics of the service in order to improve its functionality and usability and adjusting it to the requirements of the Users, marketing (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – justified interest of the Administrator);
    • Data related to the User’s activity on the Website may also be collected for technical purposes, including ensuring security and proper functioning of IT systems and providing answers to the questions asked in the contact form;
    • There may be external links placed on the website, which shall enable Users to directly access other websites;/li>
    • Providing User’s personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, contact phone number is voluntary, however without providing such data it may not be possible to use the Service in the scope of functionalities that require it (e.g. contact form).
  • During the use of the service may appear and reach the User’s device Cookies from other entities, in particular from providers such as: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Vimeo, LikedIn, Goldenline, Twitter cooperating with the service in order to enable the use of the services and functionalities of the service. Each of these providers determines the principles of the use of cookies in its privacy policy and, therefore, ADO has no influence on the privacy policy and the use of cookies maintained by the providers.
  • The use of the service is carried out using a secure SSL protocol.
  • The service does not automatically collect any information with the exception of information contained in Cookies.
  • Personal data of Users are not transferred to international organizations or third countries.
  • Users’ personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with generally applicable legal regulations.
  • Personal data provided voluntarily by the User within the forms are processed for the purpose specified in the form and in the clauses included under specific forms.
    • Recipients of personal data:/strong>
      • Recipients of Users’ personal data will be, in particular, suppliers and entities operating ADO’s IT systems, entities dealing with recruitment, handling the commercial process, forwarding, banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting, legal, audit, consulting services, couriers, postal entities, forwarders, marketing agencies and entities related to ADO./li>
      • ADO reserves the right to disclose the User’s data to competent authorities or third parties, whose request to disclose the data is based on applicable laws, or whose consent was expressed by the User.
      • In order to ensure transparency and fairness of the processing, the ADO informs that:
        • the period of processing of personal data depends on the type of service or functionality provided or the purpose of the processing;
        • the data shall be processed for the duration of the use of the service, provision of the service and functionality or until withdrawal of the consent or filing an effective objection;
        • the period of data processing may be extended if it is required by generally applicable laws or if the processing is necessary to establish and assert or defend against possible claims;
        • after the expiration of the period specified above, the personal data is deleted or neutralized in another way;/li>
        • data subjects have the right to information about the processing of personal data, access to personal data concerning them, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and the right to object to processing
        • if the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal
        • the persons whose data are processed have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    • ADO takes steps to review and, if necessary, update this policy.
      • COOKIES:
        • The website uses cookies.
        • Cookies used on the Service are:
          • cookies ADO,
          • external cookies – placed in the service by external entities, including suppliers cooperating with the service;
          • session cookies – files stored on the User’s device until the end of a given session on a given browser;
          • persistent cookies – files stored on the User’s device until they are deleted.
  • Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    • facilitating the User’s use of the website and adapting the website to the User’s preferences;
    • create a history of visits to the site by the User and recommend the desired content;
    • to provide statistics on site visits and usage, including interest in particular content, and consequently to personalize the site and improve its structure and content;
    • to determine and verify the source of redirection to the Service;
    • realization of marketing purposes, including the use of location data;
    • presentation of content on the website, including multimedia content provided by external entities, including providers cooperating with the website.
  • Cookies used on the service are not linked to the User’s personal data.
  • The range of the use of cookies and information collected and processed by cookies depends on the settings of the User’s web browser. The User can check in the browser settings what information is made available by the browser and make appropriate changes therein. Such changes, in particular in the scope of limiting the use of cookies, may affect the functionality of the website. Detailed information in this regard may be obtained by the User from the “Help” tab or from the documentation of the Internet browser used by the User.
  • The cookie policy used by third-party entities, including vendors working with the site, should be located on the website of those entities.
